On 8th February 2019 NCC amended
Article 15(2) of all Baltic Transmission System Operators Proposal for
Cross-Zonal Capacity Allocation and Other Necessary Arrangements Concerning
More Than One Nominated Electricity Market Operator in One Bidding Zone in
Accordance with Article 45 and Article 57 of Commission Regulation (EU)
2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and
Congestion Management.
Taking into account the request from Baltic
Transmission System Operators and Nominated Electricity Market Operators, common Baltic NRAs position, NCC
extended the deadline to implement necessary changes to
accommodate multiple NEMOs in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania bidding zones by 30
June, 2019.
