NCC, in order to harmonise national and EU legislation in the natural gas sector, publishes a public consultation on the new version of AB „Amber Grid" rules for natural gas transmission system balancing (hereinafter – Project).
It is proposed to harmonise the definitions and provisions of the Project with European Commission regulation (EU) No 312/2014 of 26 March 2014 establishing a Network Code on Gas Balancing of Transmission Networks.
